How do I process a claim to be billed with my insurance company with Desert Breeze Glass?All you have to do is call our office at 480-752-8191. Have your insurance card in hand. We will do a three-way call with you and your insurance company. After two minutes your insurance company will fax us an authorization to do the work.
If I call my insurance company and they tell me to use some other glass company, can I still use Desert Breeze Glass?
Yes, you have a right to choose any glass company. Our governor signed a bill in 2003 allowing you to be able to select your own glass company.
Can I use Desert Breeze Glass if a claim has been already set up with another glass company?
Just give us a call at 480-752-8191. Having the issued claim number is helpful but isn't necessary.
How long does the average windshield take to install?
Most windshields take around one hour to install with a safe two hour drive away time. We provide free mobile service across Phoenix.
Do you provide chip repairs? Also, does the damage go away?
Yes, a chip repair is not for cosmetic purposes. They sometime do go away, but for the most part the damage will still be visible. The repair will strengthen the glass. There is a slight chance the windshield could crack during this process because some pressure is applied. We are not responsible if this happens.
