Since moving to Arizona in 1990 I have worked for several glass companies. I soon realized great customer service and quality were not always customary. With lots of great advice Desert Breeze Glass was established in April of 2001. We are growing our company "one satisfied consumer at a time" by word of mouth, repeat customers and now the Internet. Windshields have a much higher purpose then just keeping the bugs out of your teeth. Auto glass is part of the structure of the vehicle and if it is not installed correctly you could be compromising the safety of everyone in your auto. Your safety should never be compromised. Don't choose a glass company based solely on price. Superstition Springs Lexus is one of our larger accounts, and for years we have been servicing Lexus owners with 100% customer satisfaction. With all the sensors and heads up displays in windshields there is a lot more to auto glass than the old gasket windshields from thirty years ago. What an awesome experience. From the very start I was impressed with the info I received and how helpful everyone is. I just wanted to let others know how pleased I was with the service from Desert Breeze Glass. After having my window "repaired" with another valley company, the crack continued to run and it became necessary to replace the windshield. I expected to pay a pretty high cost since the vehicle is a new 2006 model. Much to my surprise, Catherine quoted me a price that I did not expect and it included the Fusion treatment! I told Catherine to "sign me up". Several days later, after the windshield came in they set up an appointment to put it in and arrived promptly but ran into a problem with the mirror mount being in the wrong place. They went out of their way to get me the correct mirror for the windshield they installed. I would recommend Desert Breeze Glass to anybody thinking of having their windshield replaced. I first heard about Desert Breeze when they offered a free chip repair event through my employer. I had 3 chips repaired, and was completely satisfied with the consultation & the results. Nearly a year later, I discovered a nasty crack on my windshield about 15 inches long. I went through my insurance company and specifically requested to get the repair from Desert Breeze. They quckly arranged to come to my work OR home site, whichever was more convenient for me. The tech who came to my house to replace the windshield was on time, courteous, and professional. Shortly after the repair, I received a handwritten thank you note from Desert Breeze. Customer service is a lost art these days, but it is refreshingly alive and well at Desert Breeze. We have had Desert Breeze install several windshields in our service vehicles. They have always been able to work around our schedules and timing. We have had "Diamon-fusion" applied to several of our large box trucks and sales cars. This product is simply outstanding. It has reduced the number of windshields that we have had to replace, plus they stay clean longer. I have to say, Desert Breeze Glass has earned my business for as long as I live in Arizona. About 4 years ago, I needed the windshield replaced in my truck. It happened that my neighbor owned a windshield company and he replaced it for me. For three years after, my windshield was replaced 4 more times. I had had enough. I happened to see an ad about Desert Breeze Glass and visited the website. I decided to try them because they offerd the Diamon-Fusion. It was what I needed.
